The Server plays a leading role in developing positive, lasting guest relationships by consistently delivering an excellent dining experience. As the direct link between the guest and the restaurant, it is primarily the Server's responsibility to ensure that each guest enjoys all aspects of their meal. All GingeRootz team members are held to high expectations; it is the Server's responsibility to know the menus inside and out, be aware of current features to for suggestive selling, play an integral part in the financial results of the position, contribute to running side-work, and be self-motivated to go above and beyond our set of standards. Additionally, servers help with seating guests, clearing and setting tables, and preparing to go orders
The ideal Server has a minimum of one year in a like volume restaurant serving experience with a basic knowledge of dining room service procedures and understands and can uphold the food safety standards and practices. He or she has previous experience handling money and operating point-of-sales (POS) and credit/debit card processing systems and can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
