We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Financial Analyst to join our team located in Appleton, WI.Your Role:
You will play a key role in the Accounting and Financial control of the manufacturing facility with the support of the Plant ControllerThis position will interact with every facet of Operations, Engineering, Finance, Safety, Quality, and Inventory ControlWe embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.You will have the opportunity to:
Partner with Operations to help identify and implement cost savings initiatives.Provide month-end analytical support.Aid Plant Controller efforts in maintaining internal controls.Inventory control and analysis.Analyze and review BOM's and routers for accuracy.Assist in budget, forecast, and performance of plant financial operations.Make recommendations on capital investments.Ultimately, you will influence the business performance, ensure accountability and accuracy, and work towards continuous improvement of processesWe strive to build a diverse, inclusive and talented workforce who will contribute to the Company's vision, mission, and goals.You will love it here ifYou have a strong process orientation with a track record of process improvementYou are highly analytic and have a natural curiosity for resultsYou pay great attention to details and are well organizedYou are highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a teamWe need you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.1-3
years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility.Prior manufacturing experience.Budgeting and Month-End analysis experience.Systems capabilities including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, SAP and Excel a plus.Soft Skills:
good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills combined with a curious and analytical nature thrive in our culture.Icing on the cake:
