As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing the operations department to ensure the overall success and expansion of our Appleton, WI branch. Your responsibilities include active participation in strategic planning, development, and execution of initiatives to drive branch growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior management in developing and refining branch growth strategies. Provide input into long-term planning to align operational activities with overall company objectives. Operations Management Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the operations department. Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational processes to meet organizational goals. Team Leadership Lead and inspire the operations team to achieve high performance standards. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance the team's capabilities. Branch Growth Initiatives Actively participate in the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at driving branch growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Implement measures to maintain high-quality service delivery.
