0 Part-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description As an Environmental Education Associate, you'll work side-by-side with Environmental Education Instructors in our Outdoor Exploration summer day camps and other summer youth programs at the Apple Creek YMCA and Bruce B.
Purdy Nature Preserve.
You'll help teach and lead children ages 3-10 through nature hikes and exploratory activities outdoors, along with games, crafts, and stories indoors.
Associates also assist with caretaking duties for various program animals in the Nature Study Classroom and outdoor seasonal projects on the preserve and YMCA grounds.
This is an entry-level, summer only position ideal for people passionate about nature, the environment and being outdoors.
Applicants should be 16 years or older.
Typical hours are 11:
30am to 3:
30pm, Monday through Thursday.
Additional hours are available.
Ability and desire to work with children both indoors and outdoors during summer months.
Knowledge of Wisconsin plants and animals preferred but not required.
Previous experience working with children preferred but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
