The ideal candidate will oversee our production and work with sales reps and field supervisors to ensure our projects run smoothly, meet our quality standards and are completed on time and on budget.
This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
Design production processes and procedures.
Supervise the implementation of production processes and procedures.
Manage quality control Ensure customer satisfaction.
Recruting and vetting installers and subcontractors.
Scheduling the flow of work and priorirties among jobs.
Recruting and vetting installers and subcontractors.
Verifying material work orders, creating work orders, and veryify job profitability.
Conduct periodic job site visits to ensure company safety, quality and productivity standards are being achieved.
Generate and provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned installers.
Communicate with sales staff on status of projects.
Order materials for delivery from suppliers.
Approve and submit subcontractor invoices for payment to AP.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills Strong Organizational Skills 2 years of roofing & construction experience or construction management degree.
Maintain well groomed professional appearance Basic computer and tech skills clean driving record Ability to manage field supervisors and installers Understanding of different roof systems like ashpalt shingles, metal, TPO, etc.
