This role puts packaged products and quality testing of products by following company guidelines and packaging procedures.
Responsibilities include safety, quality control, quality testing, proper documentation, and productivity.
Performance is evaluated on your ability to efficiently and continuously keep flow with the machine run, ensuring quality products are produced in appropriate quantities and within established guidelines.

Straight 12-hour shift (no rotating!) on a 2/2/3 schedule Overtime is paid time and a half after 40 hours.

Responsibilities:
Inspect finished product for defects or blemishes Box product and ensure boxes are appropriately taped Perform quality testing on finished product Stack finished goods or boxes onto pallets, if necessary Work in a safe manner Move, handle, bag, and box product Fill out all necessary production and inspection documents Perform housekeeping tasks by keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean to maintain a safe and sanitary work area Other duties as assigned OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Age 18 years or older High School diploma or GED Ability to stand for extended period of time Some manufacturing experience (preferred) Able to lift up to 20 pounds /reach/stretch Able to push/pull with/without assistance Basic math and reading skills Able to perform manual and repetitive tasks and work in a high speed environment Strong attention to detail Able to understand written and spoken English Effective oral and written communication skills About R.
