Answer incoming phone calls & online inquiries Log customer details & comments into the system Schedule appointments & follow up with no-show customers Maintain thorough & up to date knowledge of products Maintain contact with customers to ensure satisfaction Ensure potential customers are aware of promotions Complete online submitted applications with customers Requirement of Business Development Representative:
