Licensed Professional (ICS, CS-IT, LPC, LCSW) to aid in providing guidance and supervision to our Counseling staff.
Shift/Schedule:
5:
00am - 1:
30pm Monday - Friday.
Hybrid Schedule:
Hybrid schedules are available to those who are heavily qualified and have extensive experience in the addiction counseling field.
Hybrid clinicians will be provided a laptop and permitted to work 50% in the office and 50% from home after the initial 60-90 day on-site training period.

Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Responsibilities as a Clinical Supervisor:
Provides supervision of clinical staff and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures; Makes staff assignments and creates schedules; updates support staff when changes are made; Monitors counselor's compliance with productivity requirements and develops improvement plan when requirements are not met; Ensures quality patient care; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed; Performs chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff; Assess level of care for patients; conducts treatment plan review as required; Participate in reviews ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements; Assists with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff; May also be involved in crisis intervention and work as a liaison within community; Ensures ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff; and, Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Your Skills and Qualifications as a Clinical Supervisor:
Master's Degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, OR Bachelor's Degree in behavioral or related field and 3 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency.
1 year of working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population required Minimum 1 year in a clinical supervisory role required Licenses/Certifications:
ICS preferred Must hold one of the following:
LPC, LCSW, PCTL, LMFT, LPC-T, MFT-TL or LMFT-T AHCTC.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
