We are recruiting for a part-time Mental Health Support Specialists to provide services in our ARMOR Day Treatment program in our Appleton, WI location.
Our ARMOR Day Treatment for Teens serves those who need a higher level of care than outpatient counseling.
ARMOR helps teens struggling with aggressive or impulsive behaviors, authority defiance, relational conflicts, and high-risk behaviors.
We work with teens and their families to restore emotional, social, and behavioral skills that have been impacted by mental health disorders.
Teens develop coping skills to manage symptoms and related stress.
This position is part time, approximately 23 hours per week, with a schedule of 8:
30am-1:
00pm Monday through Friday.
What you will be doingFacilitating psycho-educational and process groups for clients admitted into the ARMOR program.
You will also provide general client care and de-escalation services, and also provide support to the clinical services team.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in the area of psychology or related field and a minimum of one (1) year work experience serving children with severe emotional and behavioral dysregulation.
Strong desire for youth mental health advocacy.
Active member of WELS, ELS or confessional Lutheran church preferred.
Willing to uphold a biblical worldview in the clinical setting.
Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in cross- or multi-cultural settings is required.
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or American Red Cross Professional Rescue training is required as scheduled.
Annual Formal training in management of the aggressive patient is required as scheduled.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
