Summary:
The CRM Support Specialist assists with user adoption and knowledge of the CRM (customer relationship management) tool, through development of end-user training documentation and providing end-user support.
This role will also assist with testing and communication of software enhancements and fixesMinimum Requirements 1-2 years related experience such as data management or previous working experience with a customer relationship management tool Experience with Microsoft Products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Demonstrated listening, verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Duties & Responsibilities Create and maintain a library of training and process documentation to support system users.
Work with user groups as a champion of the CRM.
Assist with training users on the CRM system, CRM Analytics, and other tools.
Assist with investigating and documenting issues/potential enhancements from users.
Actively test software enhancements/fixes and effectively communicate in a timely manner to users.
Collaborate with users to create reports and metrics that drive actionable insights.
Manage and execute data cleansing projects to ensure CRM provides accurate and actionable data.
Prioritize, organize, and manage workload of multiple tracks being executed simultaneously.
Escalate challenges to CRM Analyst as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
