Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy:
Develop and execute effective social media advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct thorough research on target audiences and market trends.
Platform Management:
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
).
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Ad Creation and Copywriting:
Create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Write engaging ad copy that drives conversions and brand awareness.
Work with BConnected team members to develop visual assets to correspond with copywriting Budget Management:
Set, monitor, and adjust advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.
Audience Targeting:
Utilize audience targeting tools to reach specific demographics and segments.
Test and refine targeting strategies based on campaign performance.
Ad Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
A/B Testing:
Implement A/B testing for various ad elements to improve campaign performance.
Experiment with different creatives, audiences, and ad formats.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the BConnected, LLC creative team to align advertising efforts with overall strategies.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
