CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
CNA's Needed in Wisconsin 40 hours per week 13 weeks Shifts - Days and Nights available Long Term Care or Inpatient experience needed 2 years of exprerience as a CNA Must have BLS and willing to get a WI licenseDuties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses- Assist with patient mobility and transfers- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care- Utilize electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Cerner) for documentation
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required- Proficient in performing patient assessments and documenting findings- Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanicsSkills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Cerner)- Knowledge of sterile processing techniquesJob Types:
