- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with project coordination and file management - Transcribe documents, memos, and meeting minutes as needed - Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or receptionist role preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity - Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners - Knowledge of basic computer software (e.
