ThedaCare Heritage Manor Shift Requirements:
8 hr days all missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence Weekend:
Every other Holidays:
As needed Float Requirements:
To all ThedaCare facilities On Call/Call Back Requirements:
None Certifications:
WI CNA, AHA BLS, Medication Administration Certification Minimum
Experience:
2 years LTC experience REQUIRED Recent LTC facility experience REQUIRED Charting Experience Required:
EPIC Preferred Required Skillset:
Worked in LTC or Assisted Living Community Based Retirement Facility Patient ratios vary depending on CBRF or RCAC - 1:
6-1:
15 Scrub Colors:
Any scrubs (no hats or hoodies.
Scrub jackets are okay) Local candidates accepted NO NEW TRAVELERS - at least one completed contract REQUIRED GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
