Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team.
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to our legal team by conducting research, proofreading legal documents, and assisting with administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the legal field and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents, such as contracts and briefs - Maintain and organize legal files and documents - Schedule meetings and appointments for attorneys - Assist with project management tasks related to legal cases - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters - Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role - Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and terminology - Excellent research and writing skills - Proficient in using legal case management software - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Associate's degree or certification in Paralegal Studies is preferred Join our team as a Legal Assistant and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
