Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Approve PTO and manage timecards for receptionist team Serve as back up receptionist trainer Assist with benefit verifications Assist with authorizations Maintain medicare tracking clean up Run/Maintain various reports (guarantor, minors turning 18, etc.
) Interact with families and patients as well as fellow employees with respect and a desire to help achieve the highest level of quality possible Check in patients using EMR system, assist them with any paperwork they may have Schedule patient appointments Call on referrals from physicians Set patient up in Outcome Measure System (FOTO) Call on patient benefits Conduct prior authorization requests, follow up on requests Job Type:
