The VP of Total Rewards will develop, communicate and implement company-wide compensation and benefit plans. They will ensure the compensation and benefits program enhance the organization's ability to recruit and retain high performing employees, while complying with all legal requirements. They will report directly to the CHRO.
Looking for a strategic, change agent with experience at large, global organizations. Targeting 10
years of relevant experience including strong executive compensation. BA required, Masters preferred. Offering competitive compensation, bonus, great benefits and full relocation assistance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
