In this role, we are seeking a strong leader of people, someone who can inspire his/ her team while holding individuals accountable for key Metrix ensuring smooth flow of goods through the shipping department. In addition to leading your team, you will have responsibility over budgeting, preparation and implementation of process flow procedures and carrier selection/ contact negotiation.

Sound good? The traffic manager we are seeking will have these minimum requirements:

o High School diploma or GED required along with a minimum of five (5) years' previous shipping or operations/ supply chain experience. Bachelor's degree in business, operation, supply chain or other related field and five (5) years' previous shipping or operations/ supply chain experience highly preferred.
o Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity required.
o Experience in the shipment of heavy, capital goods required.
