Industrial Mechanic
We are now seeking a Industrial Mechanic in the Appleton, WI area! Our client is looking for Industrial maintenance mechanics to do a wide variety of repairs.
They will be completing electrical and mechanical repairs as well as preventative maintenance on industrial machines.
Responsibilities:
o Perform a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing and machines (hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC, refrigeration etc.
).

o Respond to maintenance calls on equipment breakdowns in all areas of the plant.
o Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for assigned equipment in the plant.
o Complete maintenance work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
o General understanding of refrigeration, boilers, HVAC and PLC based computer systems in the plant.
o Maintain accurate records and/or documentation on maintenance related reports.
o Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in good, clean, and safe operating condition.
A High School diploma or G.
E.
D.
o A Associate's degree in electro-mechanical technology and/or 3 or more years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.
o Exhibit good mechanical and electrical aptitude.
o Possess strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
o Previous experience performing maintenance on production- related equipment desired.
o TIG welding experience desired.
o Refrigeration experience desired.
o Boiler operation experience desired.
oJob entails occasionally lifting 80 lbs.
o Ability to obtaining a Fork Lift/ Pallet Truck operators license.
