Now hirinig Trailer Shop Foreman/Mechanic in the Appleton, WI area! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Trailer Shop Foreman/Mechanic in the Appleton, WI area! Trailer Shop Foreman/Mechanic will be in charge of a shift of other mechanics/technicians but will also be doing hands on service and repair work. This individual will be responsible for performing trailer repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with in-house and manufacturers' standards. Hands on ability to determine trailer condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications. -At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience over Technicians/Mechanics.
-Ability to prioritize and delegate work based on customer demands and expectations.
-Proven, hands on experience as a leader in a trailer/tractor shop environment.
