Commercial Construction Corporate Trainer


The Corporate Trainer will have 8-10 years of training experience in a commercial construction general contracting environment (mandatory). The corporate trainer will plan, coordinate, facilitate and lead our training programs to further develop our associates, encourage camaraderie, and perpetuate our company culture. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for the strategic vision and tactical execution of a corporate training and development program intended to support and empower on-the-job training and share best practices as well as employee development across multiple functional areas including the creation, implementation, administration, and evaluation of all training and development initiatives.
May include, but not limited to, coordination of all aspects of our formal training programs, presentation of training material (classroom or on-site facilitation), leading efforts to innovate the use of technology to deliver learning content (video, online, mobile, etc.), vendor management and administration / management of the entire learning process and experience. Creating presentations and communications from concept through delivery incorporating best practice instructional design. Designing and developing curriculum and learning programs for internal processes and or training initiatives as needed for the business.
The corporate trainer is responsible for the oversight, selection, negotiation and performance delivery of training and development external providers. This role will drive company-wide strategic initiatives to engage, develop, and retain talent. Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure successful implementation and tracking of training and development initiatives. The Corporate Trainer will set performance metrics, evaluate productivity, and foster an environment where employees are encouraged to create long-term career plans within the organization. This position supports both office and field staff.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
