Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Sales and Design
Take in home measurements, work with clients in regard to their remodeling wants and needs, design projects, select appropriate products for clients project, cost out projects, write project and sales contracts, schedule sub-contractors, order materials, collect all payments from clients, assist clients on our showroom floor, drive to work sites and estimates, receive freight, help maintain showroom appearance, and most important responsibility is to be able to close the sale!!!!
Three or more years of experience in residential design and sales of kitchen and bathroom remodeling products and projects required.
Experience in 20/20 design software required. Driver's license required to drive to job sites.
Qualities necessary to succeed; Strong written and verbal communication skills, self starter, quick learner of existing procedures, presentable appearance, computer literate, capable of designing entry level as well as complicated projects, on site measuring and structural assessments, communicate verbally and written with sub-contractors, vendors, clients.

Salary and commissions:
Starting salary 28,000 to 32,000 or more for the right applicant.
After 6 month go to salary plus commission. Within 2 years ideal applicant should be at 45,000 to 50,000.
