Production Supervisor
We are currently seeking several key individuals for the position of Production Supervisor at various locations around WI. However, we are looking for the individuals that want more than the just normal supervision responsibilities. Our Production Supervisors will oversee a team of 25-30 production associates in day to day production activities, but will also be challenged to engage in projects centered in the areas of process and production improvement. These positions will provide very rapid advancement potential for high performing individuals. Position reports to the Plant Superintendent.
- 2 years of Production Management experience or prior Internship considered
- 4 year Degree, offsetting experience up to 7 years will be considered
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional energy, drive, and a desire to accomplish greater goals
- Excellent results driven through Team Leadership principles
Salary:
$55,000.00 - $58,000.00, with an outstanding history of employee bonusesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
