Business Development Executive

CleanPower, Wisconsin's leader in commercial janitorial services, is seeking an energetic and self-directed sales professional for the Appleton and North Central WI market. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit goals.

This position is responsible for developing new sales. You must be able to make initial contacts through cold calling, set your own appointments, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

This position is responsible for prospecting, writing proposals, and developing long-term relationships. A high level of professionalism is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson to be part of a growing organization. Overnight travel is very limited.

CleanPower is Wisconsin's largest Building Service Contractor. We specialize in providing janitorial services to some of Southeastern Wisconsin's largest companies. Our primary markets include:
commercial office, manufacturing, healthcare, and education. We also have a Specialty Services division that focuses on:
carpet cleaning, hard surface floor care, grout restoration, construction clean-up, etc

We have a culture and business model that is unique to the janitorial service industry. Our approach to business allows us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors.

Skills and Requirements
Proven track record in outside sales; service industries preferred
Creative prospecting and cold calling methods to obtain new clients
Ability to develop relationships
Utilize solutions based sales approach
Ability to meet established goals and quotas
Excellent time and territory management skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Salary and benefits
commission positionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
