Admissions and Marketing Director
Atrium Health and Senior Living Midwest is seeking and individual to grow brand awareness and enhance referral relationships primarily for our centers in Appleton, Little Chute, and Neenah. This position is responsible for filling vacant apartments and meeting census goals through community marketing and education initiatives in the Center and in the community, with community members, area seniors, health care organizations and providers within the Fox Valley in Wisconsin!

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Assisted or Senior Living environment
Excellent organizational skills, and be an effective time manager and multi-tasker
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials and the general public
Meet all State health requirements
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving business and generating move in's to help Atrium Senior Living reach and maintain 100% occupancy.
Build and maintain working relationships with physicians, clinics, skilled nursing centers, home health and other health care referral sources, to educate on Atrium programs and services to increase referrals and new resident admissions.
Outgoing and independent ability to build strong relationships in the community with seniors, families and community members.
Participate in local networking groups, clubs, and associations in the community, relevant to building Atrium awareness and new resident admissions.
Plan and host community awareness events and educational programs at Atrium Senior Living and in the community to build referrals and brand awareness.
Plan and execute educational events and seminars to educate tenants, families, and employees
Coordinate advertising, social media initiatives and public relations to build brand awareness and generate new referrals.
External sales and marketing outside of the Center 80% of the time.
Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families.
Follows up with prospects via phone and home visits, and creates unique and personal follow up for prospects and their families.
Ensures apartment readiness and assists with the completion of the resident move in process as determined by Executive Director.
Maintains current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses
Ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently
Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
